Eat, drink and tell us what you think! Guild AGM

Curious about what the Guild has been up to over the past year? Want to knowhow we're working to make your student life even better? Don't miss out on the Annual General Meeting (AGM)— a chance to get involved, ask questions, and connect with fellow students and Guild members. Plus, we've got free food and a glass of bubbles* on us!

Who Are We?

We are your Students' Guild, here to help you LOVE Exeter. As the student-led organisation at the heart of your university experience, our mission is to support you and make sure you get the most out of your time here. We’re run by students, for students, which is why every year, we hold our annual members’ meeting to give you (our members) the opportunity to hear about the Guild’s work, understand how we’re spending our funds, and have your say in shaping our future.

Why Attend?

Whether you’re just getting to know us, or you’ve been an active member of the Guild for years, this event has something for everyone:

·      Ask Questions: Meet our officers, trustees, and staff teams. Get to know what they do to support students like you and ask questions about the Guild’s work. If there’s something you think we could do better, this is your chance to share your thoughts!

·      Make Connections: Whether you’re interested in student leadership, societies, or simply learning more about what’s available to you at Exeter, this is the perfect opportunity to network and find out how you can make the most of your time at university.

·      Shape the Future: Are you thinking about running for a role in the student elections, leading a society, or starting your own initiative? Attend the meeting to get a better understanding of how the Guild works and how we can help you succeed in your campaign.

What Will We Talk About?

The evening will kick off with a presentation, covering key topics including:
