The University of Exeter Employment Awards celebrate the achievements of students who are employed alongside their studies, and recent graduates undertaking full-timework.
This year, we’re thrilled to announce that Exeter Students' Guild has been nominated for the ‘Most Engaged Employer’ Award!
Each year, we employ around 70 student staff across a variety of departments. We’ve put over £75,000 in students' pockets across Term1 and 2, paying above minimum wage. From Content Creators and Event Assistants to Research Interns, Project Officers, and EDI consultants, our roles are varied, but they all have one thing in common: they’re designed around students’ needs.

Meaningful, Flexible and Paid Opportunities
We know that many of our students are balancing studies, extracurriculars, caring responsibilities, and other work. That’s why we build flexibility into every role.
Working for the Guild means you can choose shifts, access remote working options, and you are always treated with the trust and respect you deserve.
Our student staff directly support the Guild’s mission to help every student love their time at Exeter. Whether they’re capturing vibrant student life on social media, welcoming new students, supporting our Insights team with research or helping deliver inclusive events, they’re making a real difference to their peers.

We’re Here Because of Students and for Students
Everything we do at Exeter Students’ Guild is led by students and for students. Our student staff bring our spaces to life, lead key parts of our work and make the Guild what it is: empowering, radically inclusive and collaborative.
We recruit throughout the year, keep an eye on this page for upcoming opportunities!
