Today is World Mental Health Day, a time to remind ourselves of how important it is to talk about mental health and how we can look after it. Today we held a Wellbeing Brunch in DH1, where students had the chance to enjoy free snacks whilst talking about the importance of looking after your mental health and wellbeing.
